The SGJH Rebel Varsity Volleyball team headed to Greensburg today for the SPIAA League Tournament. The Lady Rebels lost their first game to Spearville. They came back and defeated Meade and then kept their momentum and upset Hodgeman County's undefeated season with a win against the Shorthorns! Unfortunately it wasn't enough to push them through to the Championship bracket! Great job Lady Rebels, Coach Wall, and Coach Miller on the games today and a great season!

SGJH Volleyball and Football ended their regular season tonight in Ingalls. The football team won against the Bulldogs 46-22! JV volleyball won, Varsity lost in two close sets, and C team won. The Varsity volleyball team will compete Saturday in Kiowa County in the SPIAA League tournament. Great job today Rebels!!! 🏈 🏐 📣
Congratulations to our SGJH Cross Country runners at their League Meet today in Meade! South Gray has two League Champions: Kelby Yost and Haylen Faurot. Seth Thomas placed third and Payten Good medaled as well! Congratulations to them and all of our JH Runnin' Rebels! 🏃♂️ 🏃♀️

Today at our late start faculty meeting Copeland Elementary and South Gray Junior High began a new tradition of the Rebel Red Apple Award for a USD 476 staff member. Mr. Klaker Awarded SGJH ELA teacher, Mrs. Amy Hollingsworth, with the award. She has done a great job assisting and guiding our new junior high staff through the first nine weeks of school, coordinating SIT meetings, developing the JH journalism club, and building positive relationships with our students!
Each month at our staff meetings the previous winner will pass the red apple to another teacher! This is a great way for teachers and staff to celebrate each other and the positive differences they are making for our school and students! 🍎

With South Gray co-hosting Regionals with Meade, we’ve designed a shirt for this year.
Please visit https://regionalxc.itemorder.com/shop/home/ to order your 2023 Regional Cross Country shirt. Orders are due by Friday, October 13th.
There will be a limited number shirts available at the meet on Saturday, October 21st. Additionally, there is the possibility of ordering on meet day and receiving your shirts at a later date. However, it would be ideal to have all orders placed by the 13th so they can be picked up at the Regional meet.
