The Lions Club ice cream social begins at 5:00, homecoming coronation at 6:30 and the FB game at 7:00. Victory Electric is graciously buying out the game so everyone gets in free! Congratulations to Miss Widler this morning on receiving the USD 476 Red Apple Award at our faculty meeting. Miss Widler displays a love of teaching and an enthusiasm for learning which all benefits her preschoolers in her classroom to the highest degree! There is never a day Miss Widler doesn't bring a smile to her students' faces or her colleagues' as well! Our school is better because Miss Widler is teaching in it!!! 🍎

The Montezuma Rec Director had some good help getting a court ready for Rec volleyball. The students measured 10 feet from the real serving line to put a shorter serving line in for the 3rd/4th grade court. The gym is ready! Come support your rec volleyball teams tomorrow! **The schedule is posted on the Montezuma Rec Facebook page.
Montezuma Pre-school and 4th graders worked together to build some things from a school. The individual classes enjoyed reading the books pictured and worked together for a STEM project.

South Gray hosted Hodgeman County today for their volleyball and football season opener!
C-team Volleyball fought hard but lost in 2 sets
JV Volleyball also stayed tough losing in 2 sets
Varsity Volleyball came out strong and won against the Longhorns in 2 sets!
SGJH Football worked hard til the end but ultimately came up short 6-46!

The South Gray Jr/Sr High Band performed at the State Fair on Wednesday! They performed very well and received a II Excellent rating! We love our Rebel Band and proud they represented our communities at this event! 🎶💙
